Andressa Urach
Andressa began her romantic relationship with Tiago at the age of 15, when they were both at high school. After three months of romance and then moving into the house of Tiago Costa. Arthur Urach Costa was born in the month of May, 2005. The couple split up within six years of being married due to divergences. Andressa was then relocated to her mother's residence with the child. Within six months, Urach lost her employment and left her son in the care of his father. Her main goal was to live a more prosperous life and a better life in Sao Paulo. Andressa Urach claims in her memoir Morri Para Viver the fact that she had been abused sexually at a young age by her foster grandpa. Andressa only managed to escape all of this abuse because her foster grandmother noticed them in action. Andressa went back to stay at home with her mother and didn't realize the fact that Andressa had suffered any sexual abuse until she wrote her book. She claimed in interviews that she accomplished what, for her, was unattainable prior to her spiritual transformation: forgiving her abusive partner. It was one of the toughest decisions I've ever made. I reached out to the person who was sexually assaulting me. The choice was not easy. Even though I wasn't guilty, I asked for his forgiveness via phone after many prayer vows. It was just a simple plea. It was not a reason to justifiably justify my behavior. Mariste Urach in a piece for Globo, describes what she did when she first learned about her daughter's harassment. The mother traveled to Rio Grande do Sul's interior to find the culprit and take vengeance.
